The team at Pro-Form Physio & Fitness are proud to be able to provide 1:1/1:2 personal training and fitness sessions with our Level 3 qualified personal trainers.
Our trainers have over 3 years’ experience and a breadth of knowledge when it comes to all thing’s fitness. Plans can incorporate all styles of training including weight training, cardio-vascular, high intensity, plyometric and ballistics depending on your goals.
Currently we provide remote training via zoom or the option of social distanced park training either 1:1 or if you prefer to work out with a friend or partner, we also offer 1:2 sessions.
We know how important it is to have the correct form and pride ourselves on ensuring injury prevention is at the core of all training plans. Our trainers are very knowledgeable and will also provide injury prevention and management advice and exercises alongside your plan.
So, no matter how big or small your goal is we have the knowledge and experience to help you achieve and have you feeling your best self yet!
