Comments

How long we retain your data

Pro-Form Physio & Fitness has a debt recovery process in place whereby we appoint a third party to act on our behalf: only relevant information will be shared pertaining to your appointment dates and outstanding amount.  We will also share your contact details​, so they are able to get in touch with you.
